Our Refund and Cancellation policy

Technical issue
In case of any technical issue due to which the payment gets deducted from the payer’s account and does not show in our official portal but the payment gateway service clearly mentions the confirmed settlement thereafter the ABK-AOTS DOSOKAI Tamil Nadu Center account receives the payment. We process the refund through the payment gateway. It should take 7-10 working days for the payment to be in the users account. Multiple Payments Case:
If double payment happens and the payment gateway service clearly mentions it, the ABK-AOTS DOSOKAI Tamil Nadu Center will refund the payment after the ABK-AOTS DOSOKAI Tamil Nadu Center’s account receives payment. Which should take 7-10 working days for the back payment or we can adjust the amount to the next month fee as per Payers request. Refund for fraudulent/duplicate transaction(s):
The User shall directly contact ABK-AOTS DOSOKAI Tamil Nadu Center for any fraudulent transaction(s) on account of misuse of Card/ Bank details by a fraudulent individual/party and such issues shall be suitably addressed by ABK-AOTS DOSOKAI Tamil Nadu Center alone in line with their policies and rules.
